Terms of Service

Last updated 10 October 2026

These terms apply when you or your organization use Elyrawaves Cloud, a hosting service operated by WireLabs AS. By creating an account or accepting an invitation, you agree to them.

1. The service

Elyrawaves Cloud builds and runs web applications in containers, and provides databases, caches, object storage and WebSocket clusters next to them, in the regions you choose.

We may add, change or retire features. We announce changes that affect running applications in advance, in the release notes or by email.

2. Accounts and organizations
  • Access is by invitation. You must give a correct name and an email address you control.
  • An organization's owners decide who has access to it, and are responsible for what its members do.
  • Keep your password to yourself, and tell us right away if you suspect someone else has access to your account.
3. Plans, usage and payment

Each organization has a plan with a fixed monthly fee. Compute, storage and data transfer are billed on top of it, based on actual usage. Current prices are on the pricing page.

  • Usage is measured hourly and shown on the usage page for the current billing period.
  • A spending limit helps you follow your spend. It does not cap what you owe for usage that has already happened.
  • Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension of the organization's applications after written notice.
4. Your content

You keep all rights to the code, data and files you deploy or store. You give us the rights we need to host, copy and transmit them to run the service for you.

Where your applications process personal data, you are the controller and we are your processor. A data processing agreement is available on request.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others
  • send spam, run phishing, or distribute malware
  • mine cryptocurrency, or attack, scan or overload other systems
  • try to access other customers' resources or get around the service's limits

We may suspend applications that break these rules or put the service at risk. Unless the risk is urgent, we contact you first.

6. Availability and liability
  • We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation unless agreed in writing, for example in an Enterprise agreement.
  • You are responsible for keeping your own backups of data that matters to you.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Termination

You can delete your applications and resources, and your account, at any time. We may terminate an organization with 30 days' written notice, or right away if these terms are seriously breached.

Deleted applications and resources are removed from our infrastructure and cannot be restored.

8. Changes and governing law

We give at least 30 days' notice by email before material changes to these terms take effect.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. We try to resolve disagreements amicably first. Otherwise, the district court for WireLabs AS's registered office is the agreed venue.

Privacy Policy

Last updated 10 October 2026

This policy explains which personal data WireLabs AS processes when you visit Elyrawaves Cloud or use the service, why, and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

WireLabs AS is the controller for the personal data described here: data about visitors, people who request access, and the users of the service.

Data inside the applications, databases and storage you run on the service belongs to you. For that data, you are the controller and we are your processor.

What we collect
  • Account: name, email address and a hashed password, and the organizations you belong to.
  • Access requests: the name, email, company and message you send us.
  • Invitations: the email address an owner invites, and who sent the invitation.
  • Usage and billing: which applications and resources your organization runs, and what they use.
  • Logs: IP address, browser and time of requests, kept to protect the service against abuse.
Why we process it
  • To provide the service you signed up for, including sign-in, invitations and billing. The legal basis is our contract with you.
  • To answer access requests. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a safe service.
  • To meet bookkeeping obligations for invoices. The legal basis is a legal obligation.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it
  • Account data is kept while your account exists, and deleted when you delete it.
  • Access requests are deleted within 12 months if they don't lead to an account.
  • Security logs are kept for up to 90 days.
  • Billing records are kept for as long as Norwegian bookkeeping law requires.
Who we share it with

We use processors that handle data on our behalf and under our instructions:

  • Infrastructure: servers, CDN and storage in the regions you choose for your applications, and in the EU/EEA for the service itself.
  • Email delivery: a provider that sends sign-in, invitation and notification emails. It may process data outside the EU/EEA under the EU's standard contractual clauses.
  • Source code hosting: when you connect a GitHub repository, GitHub processes data under your own agreement with them.

Ask us for a list of the processors we currently use.

Cookies

We only use the cookies the service needs to work: one that keeps you signed in, and one that protects forms against forgery. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies, so we don't ask for consent.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we have about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Email us to use these rights. We answer within 30 days.

You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet, at datatilsynet.no.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. We email you about significant changes before they take effect.
